REFUND POLICY | Refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the purchase date and prior to the official start of the course in order to be eligible for a full refund. Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes cases in which the student has accessed course materials, attended live sessions, received recordings or digital content, or has been offered additional opportunities to complete the course through alternative class dates or online access. After the course start date, enrollment may be eligible for a store credit at the discretion of the institute. Store credit may be applied toward future sessions, alternative curriculum offerings, or digital products and is non-transferable and non-refundable. By completing enrollment and submitting payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
